Has anyone else ever thumbed through old photographs of your mom or grandma in her wedding dress? Alexandria was a recent bride of ours who invested in creating forever-heirlooms for herself, parents, grandparents- and someday possibly her own children and grandchildren. These sessions make that possibility a future reality.

Bridal sessions are always exciting as they give us a sneak peek into what the wedding day look will be like. Alexandria was absolutely radiant, embodying the joy and anticipation of a bride-to-be.

We did her bridal portraits at none other than the beautiful Buddy Holly Hall, a concert venue in Lubbock. 

Bridal portrait sessions serve multiple purposes:

• They provide an opportunity for brides to have their hair and makeup trial, ensuring everything is perfect for the big day.
• It’s a chance to make sure all the bridal accessories work harmoniously together, creating the bride’s envisioned look.
• Allow us to capture beautiful, detailed shots of the bride without the time constraints of the wedding day.
• Provide the perfect reception decor as prints and canvases can be displayed around the room showcasing her radiant beauty. These same things can then be gifted to parents, grandparents and family members after the wedding. 

While we always prioritize getting gorgeous shots of our brides on their wedding day, having a dedicated bridal session allows us to spend focused time capturing the bride’s beauty in a relaxed setting. This extra time also allows the bride to get comfortable in front of the camera with our team.

These sessions are more than just about taking pictures. They’re about creating an experience that kicks off the wedding festivities and builds excitement for the big day. It’s a special time for the bride to feel pampered, beautiful, and celebrated.
